New customers, Bring us your new prescriptions or for refills, just bring your current prescription bottle. Returning customers can call ahead or complete the online refill form to have your prescription ready for pick-up.
Helpful Hints:
- You may use the same form to order refills for different people in your family.
- You must enter the call back phone number with area code and without dashes or spaces (for example: 6065551234).
- Your e-mail address is not required.
- Click on “Add Rx Number” if more than five refills are needed.
- The maximum Rx Numbers per submission is 10.
- If you need to refill more than 10, just click on the Refills tab at the top of the page after submitting first the first 10.
